After 13+ years working separately at agencies and in-house for leading brands and personalities across the lifestyle, food and home spaces, we’ve teamed up to launch Twofold Brand Studio, a strategic consultancy that takes a new-age approach to creating successful founder-led brands of preference.

Kim Kaminsky (left)
Kim has spent her career working with some of the world’s best chefs, Michelin-starred restaurants and hospitality industry leaders. Most recently she was the VP of Brand for celebrity chef-founded omni-channel dessert brand Milk Bar, where she oversaw PR, social media, influencer marketing, partnerships and creative, increasing the company’s national brand awareness over 6 years through high-profile media placement, strategic story-telling and buzz-worthy partnerships.
Alex Lovallo (right)
Alex has spent her career working in the lifestyle and home decor space, first working on Martha Stewart’s PR team and later leading brand marketing for luxury e-tailer One Kings Lane and affordable rug destination Rugs USA. Most recently at Rugs USA she led a full rebrand and first-ever brand strategy initiative in their 20+ year history, in addition to developing their first designer collaboration program, which led to meaningful awareness, customer trust and PR buzz.
We were born and raised in New York, went to SUNY Binghamton (Kim) and Lehigh University (Alex), and both live in the suburbs with our husbands, toddler sons and COVID dogs. Don’t worry about confusing us… we are totally used to it and wouldn’t have it any other way!
